About Everyday Heroes CPR Training
Everyday Heroes CPR Training is a hands-on CPR training company providing CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, and safety training for individuals, healthcare professionals, workplaces, schools, childcare providers, homeschool groups, and community organizations. We offer both public classes and private on-site training, with a focus on practical instruction that helps people feel prepared to respond in a real emergency.

Our goal is to make high-quality emergency training approachable, relevant, and easy to access for the communities and organizations we serve
Our Story as a CPR Training Company
Everyday Heroes CPR Training was built by instructors who have spent years working directly within the communities we serve. Our backgrounds include education, schools, community programs, one-on-one support, and working with individuals with special needs. Those experiences shaped the way we teach today.

For us, CPR and safety training is about more than completing a course or earning a certification. It is about helping people feel capable, included, and prepared to respond when someone needs them. We believe the best training happens when people feel comfortable asking questions, practicing hands-on, and connecting what they learn to situations they may actually face.

That commitment to teaching and community is at the heart of Everyday Heroes. Whether we are working with healthcare professionals, employees, students, families, or community organizations, our goal is to be an active resource and help more everyday people feel ready to step forward when it matters most.
Our Mission
At Everyday Heroes CPR Training, our mission goes beyond providing a certification for work or school. We want every person who takes one of our classes to leave with more than a card. We want them to leave with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to step forward when someone needs help.

An emergency can happen anywhere — at work, at school, at home, or in the community. In that moment, you may have the opportunity to save a life and become someone’s hero.

That is why we teach. We are here to prepare and empower the everyday heroes all around us.
How We Teach
We believe that emergency response skills are best learned through a layered approach. Our teaching method focuses on building confidence by moving from visual understanding to active, hands-on application, ensuring every student feels ready to act when it matters most.
We use a four-exposure training approach to help participants see, discuss, review, and practice emergency response skills in multiple ways.
Exposure 1:
Watch Course Videos
Watch the course videos to see how a medical emergency unfolds using the key concepts of Check, Call, and Care.
Exposure 2:
Discuss Key Concepts
Review the key points from each scenario, including what to look for, who to call, and what care to provide.
Exposure 3:
Use Your Resources
Use student workbooks, handouts, and class resources to reinforce the information in a visual, written format.
Exposure 4:
Practice the Skills
Put the skills into action with hands-on practice using CPR manikins, AED trainers, EpiPen trainers, tourniquets, and other course equipment.
