Everyday Heroes CPR Training Center offers a variety of courses to meet your specific needs. All courses are taught by Certified Instructors. Our courses have been updated with 2020 AHA Guidelines for CPR & ECC. See below for a list of our CPR and First Aid Course Descriptions! Once you find the one you need call us to schedule a class or you may register online. 

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Basic life support (BLS) is a classroom, instructor-led course that is designed to provide effective training for a wide variety of healthcare students, medical professionals and other personnel working in a healthcare field. This course will teach you how to provide effective CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relieve choking victims. This course will teach you how to perform these life saving skills on adults. children & infants.
The BLS teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.

Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED

Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, instructor-led course that teaches the fundamental concepts of providing high-quality CPR, using an automated external defibrillator (AED) and providing basic first aid as needed for selected medical emergency (choking, seizures, injuries as well as environmental emergencies such as animal, insect bites, heat stroke, poison control, etc.). This course is designed for participants who are not Healthcare Providers and does not require any prior medical knowledge or Healthcare background. This course covers treatment for children and infants as well.

Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED K12



Same class as First Aid CPR AED, Participants in the K12 school system will receive a K12 card.

Family & Friends® CPR

Family & Friends® programs are intended for members of the general public who would like to learn basic CPR. This dynamic course teaches lay-rescuer skills in CPR, AED use and relief of choking in adults, children, and infants. Perfect for use as an activity in group meetings of volunteers, parent-teacher organizations, or neighborhood or condo/apt associations, young adults wanting to learn basic life support for babysitting, teen programs in school or part of a workplace wellness program where credentials are not required.
